报告简介：

Prof. Gao will give some recent examples of antennas and microwave circuits developed at his research team. These examples include smart antennas for Ka-band Satellite Communications on the Move, low-cost small smart antennas for wireless communications, phased arrays for synthetic aperture radars, broadband active integrated arrays, compact multi-band array antennas for Global Navigation Satellite System Remote Sensing, UWB antennas for through-wall imaging radars, LINC power amplifiers, high-efficiency RF/microwave power amplifiers, etc. The talk is ended with a conclusion.

报告人简介：

Steven Gao教授担任美国Radio Science (无线电科学)的副主编, 并任多个国际学术期刊的编委(International Journal of Space Science and Engineering; IET Circuits, Devices and Systems, etc)。Steven Gao教授曾在2015年在天线与无线传播中的卫星天线领域担任客座编辑，2014年在英国工程技术学会“光射频通信系统”针对电路、设备和系统的特殊问题担任客座编辑，美国太空技术与工程国际杂志编辑委员的成员之一。他是英国工程技术学会和英国皇家航空协会的Fellow。
